You will have a minimum of two years experience in a similar style of operation. Sous Chef We are currenlty recruiting for a Sous Chef (man or woman) to join our team. In this highly responsible position you will assist the Executive Chef in monitoring standards, cost control, stock rotation and general efficiency of our busy kitchens.
Deputising for the Executive Chef in his absence you will run the kitchen. Therefore you are highly organised and able to work under pressure. You will have the opportunity to lead the team to achieve its best in terms of food quality, food cost and food safety.
You will assist the Executive Chef in staff rostering and training.

On behalf of our client, a 5* business hotel, we are looking for an Italian Head Chef (m/f) Responsibilities:
leading a kitchen brigade
training and motivating the team
development of traditional & creative gourmet menus
interaction with suppliers & negotiation of contracts
controlling the adherence to standards as well as to HACCP
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a well-experienced Italian Chef with a fine -dining background . Please note that only candidates who are able to communicate fluently (written and verbal) in English and/or German can be considered.
Previous experiences with setting up new concepts is preferrred.
