On behalf of our client, a luxury 5-star hotel, we are looking for an ambitious Beverage & Bar Manager (m/f) The hotel features around 350 rooms as well as several Food & Beverage and Banquet outlets that can host up to 700 guests.
Responsibilities:
As Beverage & Bar Manager you need to provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times. The ideal candidate guarantees a smooth day-to-day operation at the bar and that the highest level of service is being provided to guests. Furthermore, you will be in charge of the beverage operation for the whole division.
You will guide and manage the team of the lounge, bar and terrace while simultaneously adhering to meet the budget goals and business demands.
